In accordance with Regulation 126, the Council will note the reports by the President of the Organization, the Secretary-General and other reports.
All reports submitted as information documents will be consolidated into the final report of the session as recorded in

2.1 Report by the President of the Organization
As specified in Regulation 8(6), the President will furnish the Executive Council the report on the activities of the Organization and its constituent bodies, matters which are required to be reported under Regulation 8(7) and other matters affecting the Organization or its constituent bodies.

2.2 Report by the Secretary-General
As specified in Regulation 153, the Secretary-General will report to each ordinary session of the Executive Council on the activities of the Secretariat, the relations of the Organization with other international organizations, staff and financial matters.

2.3 Reports by the presidents of Regional Associations
The reports by the presidents of regional associations will include a review of the activities and working mechanisms of their associations. In accordance with Regulation 134(5), the presidents of regional associations may present the views of the associations on the matters included in the agenda.

2.4 Reports by the presidents of technical commissions and the Chair of the Research Board
The report(s) of the presidents of technical commissions will include key decisions made by the commissions at their first sessions. In accordance with Regulation 145(6) the presidents of technical commissions may present the views of the commissions on the matters included in the agenda.
